  • When combining the ticket purchased on the day of & the purchase receipt related to the exhibition, 1 hour free parking with purchase of KRW 20,000 won or more or 2 hours free with purchase of KRW 50,000 or more
    • - Same-day purchases can be combined at DDP-related stores
    • - KRW 400 per additional 5 minutes (KRW 4,800 per hour)/ up to KRW 50,000 per day
    • - Parking discounts are not applicable to free tickets & invitations without the amount written on them.
    • - Parking registration is not available for public parking lots. This only applies to the parking lot on DDP grounds.

  • □ How to pick up tickets
    • - These items are not shipped separately.
  • □ Reservation Information
    • - Reservations can be made without quantity limit.
    • - Those eligible for the special fare can pick up the ticket by checking the supporting documents at the onsite ticket office after making a reservation.
    • - Tickets can also be purchased on site.
    • - The onsite ticket office opens at 10:00 a.m. every day.
    • - Onsite tickets are sold only for admission tickets on the day of.
  • □ Cancellation & refund information
    • - Tickets that have been used cannot be refunded.
    • - No refunds after admission
    • - Cancellation and refund regulations for online reservations can be found at each booking office.
      (Non-cancelable & non-refundable conditions at the onsite ticket office/ Fees are based on the reservation site)
    • - Cancellations & refunds on the day of admission are not allowed.
    • - Tickets past the specified admission date cannot be used.
    • - Unused tickets can be refunded before the day of admisson, but non-refundable past the day of admission.
    • ᄂ Cancellation fee is added for each channel.
  • □ Entrance information
    • - Tickets are for single-entry admission, and re-entry is not permitted upon exit.
    • - Unused tickets that have expired cannot be used or refunded.
    • - In the case of onsite pickup, you must obtain a ticket at the ticket office for admission.
    • - Tickets for free admission & mobile tickets must be issued at the ticket office.
    • - If one person holds reserved tickets for multiple people, the entire group must enter together.
    • - Exhibition viewing time usually takes within 1 hour and may vary by individual.
    • - Infants & toddlers under 7 years old can enter with a guardian. Please be mindful to hold their hands during the exhibition hall viewing.
    • - For storage of valuables, you can use the paid lockers outside the DDP Market. Stroller & wheelchair rentals are available at the General Information Center in front of Exit 1 of the subway station.
  • □ Viewing information
    • - Food or beverages are prohibited from being eaten or brought into the exhibition hall.
    • - Items that cannot be brought in must be stored at the Information Desk on the 1st FL before entering. (such as large luggage, umbrellas, DSLR, tripods, selfie sticks, flowers, etc.)
    • - Please turn off the flash when taking pictures.
    • - Video recording in the exhibition hall is prohibited.
    • - Filming for commercial purposes is not allowed without the consent & consultation of the organizers/ hosts.
    • - All areas of the exhibition hall & DDP are non-smoking.
    • - Pets are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
    • - Please set your cell phone to vibrate mode.
    • - Please refrain from making noise inside the exhibition hall.
    • - Please enjoy exhibits only with your eyes & ears and do not touch them.
    • - For safety, please keep a safe distance from the artworks.
